Those wheels will be cool.  Will you be getting some bigger tires?

Right now they have (2) 245/45ZR18 and (2) 255/45ZR18 with about 65% tread life left.

The cab and interior have been painted.  The cab is now bolted back on the frame, starting to look like a truck again.

I temporarily hung a fender to see ride height.  I know the engine will bring down the front a little more, but I am thinking I need to cut a coil out.  I want it lower.  I should also look into the front shackle relocation kit to bring the rear down more.

Clap i'd wait till you get all the metal back on it will add a lot of weight to it, motor too
is the rear axle on top of the springs? if so you can add a spacer block in between Wink

I did an axle flip putting the axle on top of the springs (and notched the frame) but that front shackle could move about five inches up with a relocation kit.  I don't want it in the weeds, but I do want her low enough for the rims to sit at the fender line.

Looks great!!  I agree, I wouldn't cut the springs until the sheetmetal and engine are back in the truck.

DO NOT listen to CaliJohnny about a roof chop! Trucks are supposed to be Blocky!
That thing is perfect the way it was designed! If it's not an old Merc or early 50s Chevy, leave the roof alone!
The above post should be read in a "Grumpy Old Man" voice.
Almost forgot: "Get off my lawn!!!"
