Just had the AC charged up on my 1970 Tornio GT and the air only blows out at the bottom heat vents. What should I ckeck ? I have only had this car about 4 months and the AC was not working when I got it.And I had a heater core put in since I have brought it.

sounds like the plenum door is not functioning, it directs air flow either up or down. did it work before you had the heater core put in?

Make sure all the vacuum lines are hooked up on the heater box. I believe the hot/cold flapper is cable controlled, but pretty sure the others are tied to a dash switch that directs vacuum to the appropriate vacuum motor to move flappers to direct where the air goes, though it's been a few years since I had my heater box out to change the core.
