Hi folks,

my name is Rico Harzer. I’m from Germany and I recently bought a 1971 Ford Ranchero from a friend in the state of Washington. The car made its way over the ocean safely and now sits in my garage, joining my other vintage Fords, a 1956 F100 and a 1967 Mustang convertible. Since the Ranchero is very rare here in Europe, I hope to find some advices and help here in that forum. I’m planning to drive the car for a couple of months before starting a complete restoration. I bought a lot of spare parts which came with the car. But so far, the car is very solid and needs only minor repairs to get it on the road. I tried to attach some pics but to no avail.

Cheers!
Rico

Welcome to the board. Once you are upgraded, you can post pictures. Looking forward to seeing them. What driveline does the car have?
