Anyone with a few spare dollars (well 211,000  of them) can buy a "screen used" Torino. Same car has been listed several times before before but not at this price.

Incorrect teardrop light, stripe seems to be below the bodyline, front seats, rev counter, speakers in the doors, 8 track see my wonky, holes in the lower part of the dash left of the ash tray, no dome/map light, grill emblem looks well worn, 2 mics and a telephone handset.

Love the bottom of the page though, optional equipment includes tires, always a good option to have in my opinion, makes for a smoother ride.

This car is a fake and the seller is a fraud.  I don't care what he claims that he has..I know better.
1) Neither the show nor the movie used a Galls Cheap err I mean Street Thunder siren control head.  The siren ,as has been mentioned before in the forums, is simply dubbed over the engine sounds and what ever else may be going on sound wise by the sound engineers in production.  The wail/yelp 2 tone siren effect that is heard in the t.v show is either a Southern V.P or Carson unit of that era. (mid 70's)  b.t.w I am still looking for one of those if anyone has one laying around.
2) Of every and all episodes that I have seen, I don't recall ever seeing any wig wags being used.
3) Same applies for the phone set up.....looks like one of those that you would find at a security gate or door that you pick up to call some one to let you in.
4) The real camera cars don't shine and are rather dinged up.
5) No mention of the all important DSO number that separates the real deals (limited editions) from the others.
6) I could be off base here, but I'm guessing that all of the dress up stuff under the hood , including the intake, were added later, much, much later after Spelling/Goldberg transplanted the big block in place of the small block....but why would the studio go thru all the expenses of all the under hood goodies that would not be seen...plugging in the big block is plausible if nothing else was available, but this was a camera car as the seller is claiming, they could have used a 250 C/I for crying out loud.

I thought that with the movie having come and gone now 14 years ago that the rip offs and over inflated prices would have been a thing of the past Angry
