So my car was painted about 4 years ago. Never buffed out. Is this something I can do without damaging anything? Or do I need to leave it to the professionals. If so what buffer do I buy. I would rather not leave the car with anyone. Thanks Rick

pretty hard to mess it up using a random orbit with a polishing bonnet and fine compound
nowadays to show how long I've been away from the buffer they're using foam pads, different colors denote various textures & that's about all i know about that Edited by Rockatansky - 20-May-2017 at 3:22AM |

Not that hard... Just make sure you read directions. I applied the compound to the foam on the buffer without putting the rubbing pad on top of the foam. Redid it all good. I'm always in a rush
