update: drivers side exhaust all done! i got my kenworth back tonight from caterpiller, completely rebuilt engine, so i have to get up at oh dark 30, back to work, can't wait to see how she pulls the hills with 105 thousand lbs. on with a fresh motor!!! i'll work on my exhaust for the other side maybe when i get home tomorrow.

OMG!!! she sounds SWEEEET!!! (kind of like a cross between glass packs and flowmasters) engine appears to be a lot more responsive, i can't wait to take 'er out on the road for a road test!!!!

pypes brand 304 stainless steel model M80, 2 1/2 "inch tubing all the way back with 3"inch 304 stainless tips (18" long) this exhaust is probably going to get me in trouble!

brief update: took the torino on a short 120+ mile road trip today, sounds awesome, ran like a champ, and the gas gauge hardily moved! got lots of thumbs up going down the freeway, but i've got to get that flintstone's a/c fixed (rusted floor pans) got a little cold towards the evening
but the heater did it's best to help! |

update: well gentlemen, just took "a leap of faith" so to speak, i started disassembly on the torino! (no more driving it until it's finished)
 so tonight i put wrench to bolt and got started, a little, got the radiator out and hood off, for now (got to get up early for work tomorrow. at least it's friday) |

get your butt over here! i've spent 1 1/2 hours just getting the header panel, grill brackets off, !!! bolts everywhere! bolts missing, u-nuts on wrong! rust don't help either! |
