In the process of boxing my LCS's. I have the inner braces welded in and today I tacked the bottom plates into position. I'm trying to decide if I want to cap off the ends and weld it completely closed, cut the end caps a bit short to allow for an opening at each end of the flat section or leave the entire ends open. I'm leaning towards leaving an opening at each end of the flat section to allow water to esape and air flow to keep things dry inside. Suggestions??

joe, i left mine open on the ends (because i cheated and used angle iron from a bed frame to fill in the bottom with the extra angle part inside for extra support )
