Anyone have a pic showing were the heater hoses are sapose to run. Is there a special bracket to hold them. Mine are running right on top of the valve cover.

I am not sure how there were done on a 351W, but a 351C and 400 one hose run by the choke (there is a clip to hold the hose to warm the choke) and the other strapped beside. This is how I did my hoses.
You can see a good pic on the Wikipedia page: |

The 335 series is the "family" the engines fall into, like the 429 and 460 are 385 series engines, the 352,390,427,428 (and many others) are FE engines. The 335 series was the name given to the "Cleveland" based engines during there development. The wiki page has a bit of history on it.

My 79 302 ran along the valve cover when new/new to me...
I keep forgetting to look if my hoses are different sizes... |

I'm in Rochester,
the hoses are still in about the same place, but the intake and valve covers were changed and all the hoses changed 12 years ago. I think there might have been a clip type gizmo that held them together that I didn't re-use. |
