The 15X7 rims will fit a torino, but the 5x5.5 bolt pattern will not fit. You need rims that have a 5X4.5 bolt pattern for your car.

Unless the previous owner of your car had installed all of the parts to change your cars wheels to a 5X5.5 bolt pattern. I doubt that he did that though.

Measure the center to center distance between two studs directly across the hub from each other.

If your wheels are 5X4.5" then, the distance between the two studs (from the center of one stud to center of the other stud) will be 4.5 inches.

Maybe, it might be possible... but i am not sure. You might want to ask him to measure them for you.

What pattern are the wheels? Is the 54 ford truck still on a 54 ford truck suspension?

I am almost 100% positive that a '54 ford f-100 has a 5X5.5 bolt pattern. Unless someone had changed the bolt pattern to a 5X4.5 bolt pattern.

Back in the 80s, popular "upgrades" to those trucks involved Volare/Aspen K-member/suspension, and Ford 9" rears.
Volare/Aspen swap was easy, cheap, and gave you independent front suspension, power steering, disc brakes all in one package, with anti-dive and ackerman already worked out.

The 15X7 keystone klassics are only availabe in three different bolt patterns: The 5X4.5", the 5X4.75" and the 5X5.5" bolt patterns.

It could also be possible that the suspension could have been changed on this f-100 (like Big Bird has suggested).

The 15X7 keystone klassics also have a rear spacing of 3-3/4" and they have a -6mm offset.

They do make 5X5.5" keystone klassics also, so the seller may be right/correct when he says that he has 5X5.5 bolt pattern wheels.

The 5X4.5" rims will fit on your car, but sometimes you also have to watch the sizes of the "backspacing" and "offset" sizes of the rims too.

He is advertising them as 5X4.5 bolt pattern, so they will fit your car. The other members might be able to give you more information about if the tire sizes are okay too.

Yeah, I've been checking that thread out. It seems they will fit as long as the back spacing will work.

yes, they do sell shims to increase the backspacing on rims, but you might not need them for these rims. But you still have to watch the offset sizes on some rims also (but the offset size might be okay on these rims too). all of the information should be in the link to the thread that i had posted above.

Yes, they sell shims/adapters to increase the backspacing sizes.

OK everyone, I bought the rims in the link from craigslist.....But here's the issue, what lugs do I get for these? I mean I know the lugs need to be 1/2 20's but what is up with the slots milled in the holes and where do I get washers like that?

If the holes are slotted, it's a unilug wheel. The Lugnuts will be a shaft design that goes inside the slots and use a washer at the wheel with an offset hole that locates the wheel and lug nut
. (can't explain better, but once you see one, you will understand)

Thanks! On my SST's the washer is offset so I think it'll work but I'll have to get shorter shaft lugs.

The lug nut style that you need is typically called "mag seat" or "mag style".  The shaft part comes in different lengths depending on the thickness of your wheel.
