Does anyone have a rivet clinching tool to replicate the install of factory style rivets? I'm trying to rebuild a factory tailpipe hanger for my exhaust installation. I believe them to be 3/8 diameter. I know I can make do with several different options...But sometimes I love the hunt for originality!

john, i'm thinking those were assembled on like a punch press type machine, where a guy loaded the parts in and stepped on the foot pedal and BAM! the hydrolic machine riveted them all together. i'm thinking you could have someone cut a set of dyes out of steel stock on a lathe and you could use a press to compress them can you even find the blank rivets???
