Bob, I didn't realize what you were referring to, 'til I seen you posted in the Ranchero section. Sorry that the floor was worse then it looked. I did a google/bing search that turned up Mill supply that has generic & Ranger panels that may work about 43-60.00 ea. ph.#1800.888.5072, CarId.com with Sherman part#574-46R , & #574-46L in stock but no price. Years ago JC Whittney had them too. Dave302 the internet guru may be of more help. Please post your findings if you locate decent ones that work for you, us Ranchero owners will need them some time or another.

Yep, that area & the rear window. Being that it isn't an A/C car I would make sure the cowl drains are clear, if you are going to keep it outside. If you can, get a cheap poly tarp & spread it under the car to act as a moisture barrier, Then another one over the car. Keep it open between the ground & the body for air circulation. I bet your wife is happy about that

FYI, the floor area beneath the bed is basically a carryover from a 4 door or wagon. Since it is hidden, you can splice in material from those donors and fix the issue.
I was going to save the bed out of a couple of the Rancheros I scrapped , but didn't think there would be a demand. Still have roofs, tailgate insides, all the body trim, interior trim, glass, etc if you need it. |
