How do I wire in power bucket seats using the wiring harness from the seats to the fuse block that never had power seats. Thanks Grandpops4.

Factory power seats shared the same heavy BK/W wire used for power windows and door locks. This wire started at the power side of the starter solenoid, with a circuit breaker, and then ran into the car through the firewall.
If your car did not come with power seats, windows, or door locks, you won't have that wire. Just run a 10 or 12 gauge wire out through the firewall, along the engine harness, and to the starter solenoid, and put a 30amp circuit breaker on it.
