Hello all, new member located in central Wisconsin. I've always wanted a classic muscle car. I sold my '04 Mustang GT last November and bought a 1970 Torino GT in December. I brought it home drove it off the trailer and its been in storage since. The Torino has a 351C 4V motor and a 4 speed manual transmission. I was given a log book with all the maintenance records done to it with dates and cost by previous owner. I was also given the original sales invoice, sold new for $3700 in 1970. Has some minor issues and could use a repaint. Slowly accumulating parts and patiently waiting for spring to come.

I plan on leaving the car stock, for now. I just enjoy going to car shows on the weekends. We don't see many Torinos around here, so I thought it'd be something different. I was given the original sales invoice by previous owner from 1970. It has the original paint. It looks good from a distance, but when you get close you can see the 40+ years of chips. The short term goal is to get everything running good so me and my daughter can drive it down Route 66 to CA after she graduates from high school.
