i think they are quite different, as the 70-71's are a unibody car, mustangs may be a closer match? not real familiar with the earlier torinos...
welcome BTW! |

Welcome. I'm also in GA. There are some guys in Chattanooga that deal a lot with 70-71 Torinos. They wouldn't be too far from you, in GA. Here's one of their Craigslist ads.

I gave up finding ones and had to build my own. Quite a project. Greg

Ten years ago there was a four door in the East El Paso U Pull it. Only pre '72 I've ever seen in the yards. I bought a few trinkets off it that I still have.
Was a rock solid W. Texas Body. Long Gone. It's all timing. |

The last 71 I ever saw in the junk yard was 12 years ago. I bought it for $600.00. I knew I would need parts for my dads 71 in the future. I used a lot off of it last year and had to scrape the rest of the body because of the town where I live. I will admit there wasn't much left of it when I finished with it. The floor boards were rusted out on it but I was able to use it as a mold to make my new metal floor board for the 71. Greg
