I don't know exactly what to call this part/area, but the opening of the trunk, which is u-shaped and has a rubber seal in it.
Does anyone know of a good way to repair this area? Mine has seem some less rusty days.

how bad is it? if it's just the corners you could cut it out and form some sheet metal to fit or cut the whole section cut from another car...

The lower lip is in rough shape. I also believe at some point this car had a rear end collision causing things to be slightly out of whack and the rust doesn't help. Just wasn't sure if there was something out there made for a different car that could be made to work on the Torino.
Also wondered how perfect my body work had to be at this part of the car, or if the trunk seal would hide some of these imperfections.
