Welcome!  That's a sweet looking Ranchero, looks great all blacked out.  Sounds like you have done some nice upgrades to it.  I have upgraded your to a New member, so you have full access to the site now.  Browse around we have a lot of great info here.

Thanks John and Vince!!!

Glad to be here.  I have been following Aquartlow's build and mod posts for some time and it often lead me here, so I figure I'd join.  I was digging both your build's and got a couple new ideas from them already!

Cheers,

Doc

Well guy's in full disclosure, it's a 30' paint job.  It's outstanding at 30' but get any closer and things begin to show Unhappy

That said she is a "Chero" and today she hit 127 mph, on a closed course, with a professional driver in accordance with all state and federal laws.  Ish Cool

Hey Steve!  Was looking at your ride and it's pretty awesome!!  I like what you did with the slots and paint.

I'm seriously considering 275/60's for the back end of Midnight and 235/60's up front on 8's as I have a bit of wheel rub on the right front with the 235/70's all around.  Just need to fill that back wheel well up a bit more.

My first car was a 77 T-Bird but I have been driving pickups since the 80's so now I have the best of both worlds Big smile

Cheers,

Doc

This is mine with 275/60-15 rear and 245/60-15 on the front, all with 15x8 Cragar soft 8's.  Although if i was doing it again, I'd run nines or tens on the back.  I run station wagon springs on the back and haven't had any interference issues.
