I’m finally getting going on my 72 Gran Torino Sport 2Dr 351W. Started in high school and finally have the means to get going again. She ran when I parked her 17 years ago at my parents, although it’s back to the beginning. Folks are selling their home and I just couldn’t give up the dream. Excited to learn and get my kids involved, particularly during the longer winters in our area.

Welcome Dan!  I just upgraded you to a full member so you have full forum privileges. Post some pics of your '72, we'd love to see it.

I just got it into the shop and started cleaning up yesterday. Probably won’t get much started until I get the shop interior finished. The number 3 is not from the original paint job. May have had a buddy that had 1 to many back in high school. To his credit though, someone had tagged “Demon” on the hood and “Antichrist” on the roof, which I figure has got to be good luck. 😂
