I have not done one of the brake jobs in years.  Does the inner pad use one or two Anti Rattle clips per pad.  I know the outside one, you just bend the tangs until it is snug on the caliper.  Just took the wheels off to find a mess.  I bought the car last year on Ebay, but the guy screwed me bad.  Rusted out floor pans and frame.  Now I see this brake mess too. The guy put new pads on wasted rotors.  I would love to kill the guy whod sold me this gem.

The inner pad uses one Anti Rattle clip per inner pad.

Rotors may not have been bad then...
   many of the replacement rotors will delaminate if they get even the slightest rust pitting from sitting. Then they look like a lunar landscape. Crap chinese rotors.

When there is a couple of 3/8" deep grooves in the rotors, they are bad.
