i came acrost this article today and it got me thinking a bit.
http://www.fordmuscle.com/archives/2001/11/torino/ has anyone on here done this conversion or know of anyone who has done it? I am looking for more information on just what needs to be done and all that is involved. I know most of the 72 and 73's are pretty much the same the major changes were in the front ends of the car. thanks for all the help guys. |

You might check with 5.0 over on the http://www.Ranchero.us site, he converted his '73 and he also might have parts that you would need.

They cut off the horns on the front part of the frame. They are replaced with 72 front pieces and welded in place then the 1972 front end is bolted on and aligned in place.
