The accessory drives from your 400 will not fit the 460.  They will fit the 351M, and the 351C, but you will need the accessory brackets and hardware from a 429 or 460.  The brackets from just about any car or truck up to the late 70's will work.  The one good thing is your trans from the 400 has the same bell housing bolt pattern as the 429/460.  You will also need to get a set of engine swap mounts to put the 460 in.  Just buying the motor mounts isn't enough.  If you have headers on your 400 they will also not bolt on.  Another thing to look at is your stock radiator fan shroud may need to be changed also.  The 429/460 setup uses a different fan shroud than the 302-400 engines.  I'm not sure but I think the 429/460 shroud may be shallower because of the 429/460 is longer from front to back.  You may also need to change the small bracket on your accelerator pedal cable to mate with the 460 intake bolt holes...

Good luck
