What after market or other side mirrors has anyone put on their cars? I want something I can see a little more out of. I've looked at olds aurora, chevy caprice, and some others but don't know if the angle is right to bolt to the side of the door. Any pictures?

Well, aside taking the Italian mentality of the Gumball rally, and not worrying about what is behind you...

Of discussion, Fox Body mustang mirrors, off a t-top or convertible mustang.
I was contemplating doing it, but not "feeling it" so I stayed with the GTS mirrors. Still can't see a damn thing out the side mirrors though.

Thinking of something mounted to the A-Pillar up high.

Funny, I HATE the sport mirrors. One of the first things I set out to change with my car. I used power mirrors from an 87-93 Mustang convertible. Took some work though, definitely not a bolt on. Vision has increased dramatically.

They need to be mounted further down the door, as seen.

Did I miss the HOW-TO thread on the Mustang mirror retro-fit?

I like the mustang mirrors. Looks like I'm hitting the junkyards for a set.

Be warned, you'll be drilling holes in your doors, and welding up the OEM holes.
