Any place to get the rubbers on the front and rear bumpers for a 73 Torino sport GT fastback?

Not that I know of. I assume you are talking the actual bumper rubbers (2' long strips), not the bumperettes?
You can find NOS pieces for those occasionally on ebay...usually not too cheap, but good quality.

I was able to find both of my front bumper guard rubbers (D3AZ-17A812-A for a 1973 Montego GT) at Dennis Carpenter. Similar to the ones shown here.

I'd gotten both front and rear pads (same thing) about a year ago for my '73 from autokrafters.com... just went through their site though to provide a link, but I'm having a difficult time finding them now. :\
