It's high alright, but I bet you couldn't build it cheaper, unless you started with a mint car to begin with. He said a frame on ,not frame off restoration, I wonder how bad it was to begin with? My .02

I like the upholstery treatment, if I ever screw up my seats I might do what he did, actually, I was thinking about leather-but I pussed out.
