In looking for some parts for my wife''s Subaru (which I couldn't find what I needed), I traipsed through the ford section, and stumbled onto a 1978 Cougar that had aparently been garaged much of its life ......until an interior fire gutted the car. I've been able to pull off a bunch of parts for myself, as well as extras for people here that need things. I put a list of parts in the 'parts for sale' section. I'll update as I clean more parts.....
But, for myself, I was able to pull a nice pair of inner fenders. Driver-side one is in very good shape, and no rust! Mostly just dirty. The passenger side one is very clean and solid, too, except for just the front piece with the typical battery acid rot. I'll replace that, and then have ta pair of darn nice inner fenders!! That made working in 10 degree weather worth it! Dave F |
