Ok soon I will be sending the torinos frame and suspension off for sand blasting, after I get it back I plan on 2k epoxy primer then 2k ceramic chassis black from east wood. What do I do for bare metal prep befor epoxy, I was thinking hit it with a red scotch brite then using after blast cleaner then spray epoxy then hit the epoxy (lightly) with a red scotch brite, dust it off, then spray top coat. What's your opinion?

i'd blow out the frame with air when you get it back from the blaster( sand gets in everywhere!)then you can use a metal prep over it, then use a self etching epoxy primer like ppg DP90. 1 light "tack" coat, followed by 2 full "wet " coats. then you could use red scotch bright pad just to knock down any foreign particals  like dirt or a bug that got stuck in it, but you don't need to ruff up that primer to top coat it. then blow it off and lightly tack it off with a "tack rag" then top coat it.  p.s. DON'T EVER USE RED MECHANICS RAGS TO WIPE DOWN ANYTHING THAT YOU PLAN TO PAINT OVER!!

I second that.
When I sprayed my frame after sandblasting, I just blew if off, wiped it down, sprayed 'sealer' which is a wet on wet type primer. No need to sand this sealer. then sprayed my semi-gloss black over it. you can see pics of the results in the link on my signature.
