I've never heard that it was the same? I think Ford would've been looked upon as cheap repurposer's if they were using the same interior parts in different car lines, that was the day of too many parts for everything & everything has too many parts!
that armrest is pretty hard to find, I don't think anyone re-pops it temporarily discontinued maybe that place that vacuum seals new vinyl onto dash pads can restore one? Huh?
