My 73 GTS with the Q-code has the original H-pipe, so I don't worry too much about stain-less steel exhaust systems! It has 37 thousand miles on it now, so most miles are from short trips. I know the stock mufflers were bad when I got it in 1976 with 11 thousand miles on. The seller threw 200 dollars off because of the bad mufflers. He did want $2200.00! He had lived about 2 miles away from where he worked! Just my 2 cents! Have a Happy New Year!
One of Fords better ideas!

Hi, 75GranMan,
I did PM you month ago, you didn't answer... Mine was yes, I'm still interested.

My engine is finally home again, after more than one year at the shop...!

Dan, I'm sorry I missed your PM. I'll take some photo's and get you some part numbers, I can't imaging shipping to be cheap. I should get back to you in a day or two. John

Tighten it down until it snaps and then back it off a half turn!

Hi John, no problem, It's also happening to me...
I'm waiting.
Please don't use a too fast delivery company, they are always more expensive...
Regards.
