How come after installing new relays for lights when I turn on the key I get a click like a relay activating.Lights work. Should I be concerned as we are leaving wed morning.

does it click just once when you power it up or does it click continuously?  if it just clicks once that's what it is supposed to do.

It sounds like it is working correctly, as far as hearing the click and the lights working and/or "on". It really depends how the "trigger" wires were wired to the relay's #85 terminal(assuming a 5 pin Bosch style relay was used), as to when you should hear the clicking(relay latching). If the #85 terminal on the relay receives its power signal from a "key-on" source, you will hear the clicking every time the key/ignition is moved into that position.
