Hey guys in new to the forum i just bought a 1970 torino 429 thunder jet I'm just curious of any issues i should look out for and any websites i can order parts from ? Also and suggestions on the restoration process?

Welcome to the site. A whole lot of good guy's here that are always willing to help.

While this is an excellent site that has information & members for '70/'71 owners (like myself) I wanted to tell you that TorinoCobra.com is pretty much all '70/'71 with a member parts classified category.  I like both sites myself...

Oh yea, you should "look out for" how quick that 429 will take you down the road once she reaches the power curve, I have a '69 429TJ.

Welcome! Really great forum, great group and a load of knowledge from the members.

Most driveline, suspension parts are Autozone, Checker, RockAuto, Summit, even Amazon has been improving their availability.
