I come to your fine land in search of a car, specifically, a certain 1971 Torino GT convertible. with paint code Q (med blue met) black top and interior. The original drive train was a 351 C 4V, Top Loader 4 speed. LSD. Hurst T handle in a full console. This car was originally purchased new from Bob Zimmerman Ford in C.R. IA. and was sold in late 1999, early 2000 in eastern IA. This was the second, and last new car my mother ever purchased. The car was supposed to pass to me, but shortly before her passing, she sold it. I can in no way afford to recover this vehicle, but I would like to know it went to a good home, and perhaps get some photos of it. I can also provide any information regarding the first 29 years of it's history.
Thanks for any help in this endeavor Randy |
