Dumb question. Will an intake for an M fit a C? |

Specifically going from a 351M to a 351C?
4 barrel aftermarket. I am doubting it, but wanted to ask the experts. Thanks, Russ |

No the 351M had a taller deck height which makes the intake wider than a 351C.

They did make adapter plates on one time. I have never had or seen a set, but they do exist (to use a 351C manifold on a 351M or 400 engine).
I would think that while it provides additional allowance of the manifolds you can use, it also add complexity (more gaskets) which always invites trouble. |

You can get spacers from TMeyer Inc. He's done a number of high hp 400's and 400 stroker builds where he uses the spacers and a 351C intake. He's the guru for 400 Fords and has built some pretty impressive engines. |

Thanks. Guess I confused everyone. I have a Cleveland engine and was asking about using an M intake. But the answer is no.
