Now that we are in the Pacific Northwest I need a place to keep the rain off of the cars. It will be 45 ft deep and 35 ft wide with 12 ft ceilings. I will plumb it for compressed air through out and 220V for compressor and lifts.
Here is the ground breaking and foundation.

I retired from the City of Phoenix and wanted a change of scenery. The heat was getting ridiculous, I hated summertime! 10 years ago a friend brought me up here for a car show, I fell in love with the area and made plans to retire here. I hope to open a restoration shop and play with old cars all the time!

Phoenix has just two seasons, hot and hotter. It was miserable! Can't work on your car outside, tools too hot to pick up. Can't work on them inside A/C bill too expensive! Carl I feel your pain. Too long in the cold or the heat will drive you to drink! You should love florida. I have been in the hot desert for 35 years, it was time for the migration! Even us desert rats need a break
