i'm not sure which fuse you are referring to? is it labeled? is it powered all the time, or only with the key on, or only with the lights on? are you getting low voltage on both sides of the fuse?

my manual (book) doesn't have the schematic for the wiring Angry
do you get a different reading when you rotate the light switch left to right? dash light dimmer, i think the power goes through the fuse first then through the dimmer then to the dash lights, but i could be wrong? if that's not the case then i'd say there is some corrosion or other bad contact supplying that circuit. i'll keep looking for a schematic...

If you remove the fuse is there still only 3 volts on the supply side? More that likely corrosion is the culprit. I have a '79 electrical/vacuum trouble shooting manual as well as wiring diagrams that shows what wire supplies power for each circuit in the fuse panel, if needed. I realize not the correct year, but could give the correct info. Todd
