many were afraid this would dye on the vine, now it appears that we'll have access to a new 351C 'Superblock' possibly cast of CGI (Compacted Graphite Iron)

Looks interesting. The baffles in the lifter valley are interesting as well.

not so much baffles but strengthening ribs, you'll see similar features on top end max effort aftermarket blocks
things like this will become a thing of the past, kinda sucks that a guy has to worry about making too much power!

Wow, atleast I don't have to worry about that with my 351m. Maybe the next build, but not this one.

I think you saw Bizz's new 400 build, he had it shipped to Tim's shop for a dyno flog & maybe some tuning

Johnny, those are / Were probably all perfectly good production castings, just not up to the task they got put up to!

Shocked i thought i did a number on that 351M in my mom's torino way back in highschool, not quite as bad as that ^^^
 BTW it looks like it had a nice roller cam in it!
