have a 1973 Ranchero that i drag race. ran Hot Rod Drag Week in 2015. has a 572 bbf and has ran a best of 9.89 at 136mph.

I bought the car to run Hot Rod Drag Week. It was just a solid car with no motor or transmission. Never built a drag car before but I raced stock cars on dirt for over 20 years. Always wanted to build a bada## Ford so I started building it. Everyone sayed to just get a fox mustang but I don't like having the same thing as someone else. It is a 572 cu in A460 block, aluminum cobra jet heads, solid roller can, 1120 cfm dominator carb, nitrous fogger system, built C6 transmission with 3800 stall converter, chrome moly drive shaft, strange center section with 4.11 gears and moser axles. Run 29.5x10.5 slicks on the track. Has 12 point cage, It's a pump gas motor and street legal.
