IDK, the link didn't work for me?
 check your new parts against the old ones to see if they are correct if so maybe the spacers are for a different model and aren't needed???

i just did control arms on my daily driver, the new ones came with washers to make up the difference in the length of the bushing sleeve. it may become obvious when you do the install
