What headers are out there short tube not block huger got 3 set and not one fits 74 Gran Torino  late module 5.0 with AOD trans with P/S Help found headman # 88650 ? any help would greatly appreciated.

Mustang shorties have been used but you're not going to get the nod from mfg'r listings

why not long tube? pretty sure you can still find some for 302

and have you looked at / tried Sanderson's ?

i used JBA headers on my 351W 74 torino fit well #1653S
 they offer 302 versions 1650S
 looks like they offer long tubes now too??? unknown how those would fit?

Factory Mustang 5.0 Fox body shorty headers fit with a little trimming work IF you have a Ford steering box. You can then add a mustang off-road H-pipe with balance tube and finish with some short pipe to mufflers and Caprice tailpipes.
If you have a Saginaw box, it won't fit. Not even close. Saginaw box is bigger/fatter.
