Some pics. Work in progress. Just getting into the wiring and trying to figure out what all the switches are for!

It's a friend's car. He wants me to go through the wiring and figure out the switches in the cockpit!

He bought it from an estate. The owner passed away, but built it for racing. The engine is a Lincoln 460 with Holley double pumper, MSD ignition. A crazy racing transmission, need to find the make/ model! It's geared really low.

One thing I need to find somewhere is the cowl piece that goes over the wiper arms and the wiper motor and keeps water out of the vent system! HELP would be great on that.

More data to come.

Greg

Cool car.
Water leaks in the cowl usually involve rust around the Hat/Snorkle things that keep water out of the interior in the cowl. Paint was nonexistent and leaves/pine needles and other crap build up and rot them. Look on a Mustang forum for repair tips, but it usually involves removing the front fenders, cutting the top or sides out of the cowl and welding in new hat/snorkles. Then weld the cowl back together and reassemble the front clip.
