Hello everyone!  New guy here from San Antonio and fairly new owner to a 1968 Torino GT Fastback with a 429 engine.  I come from a big mopar family, and recently I've had two blue ovals land in my lap.  Glad to be here and look forward to talking with you guys.

Welcome Pat! Very nice Torino. It must move out alright with that 429 stuffed in there. Looking forward to seeing and hearing more about your car.

Not sure how it moves, supposedly very quick per the previous owner.  He is a good friend of the family and didn't want the old girl to sit anymore.  He was having electrical problems, and bought one of those universal painless wiring kits.  He stopped halfway on the install, and most of the main harness is pretty chopped now. That is the only reason its not running right now (aside from rediculously high compression).  Lots of bracing, has subframe connectors welded in, cal-trac bars, steering dampener shock, etc.  Two biggest things I'll be looking for soon is complete factory harnesses and a set of D3VE heads for the larger combustion chamber.

A little bit about it:
- C9VE 429 with flat top pistons
- C9VE Heads, Comp Cam Roller Tip Rockers, Larger Valves, Port/Polished
- Comp Cam XE262H
- MSD Ignition Box and Distributor
- 750 Holley Carb/Edelbrock Performer intake
- Cast Iron Exhaust Manifolds

- C6 Automatic Transmission with 3500 stall
- 9 inch rear end with 4.56 locker
