Just read the directions, so here I go. My name is Mark. I live in Corpus Christi Texas and I am currently on active duty in the USArmy. I have had several Ford projects. I fix them up and sell when I get ready for my next car. I have built a 67 F100 with a 352. A 1995 Bronco I fixed up after chasing lots of rust and sold it. I pick up a 1973 Gran Torino sedan with 75000 miles that has been garaged and has almost no rust. I will post photos as soon as I am able. I plan to upgrade the engine with a 4bl carb, headers, dual exhaust. Already put in the electronic ignition and plan on a limited slip diff upgrade as well. Any advice would be great!

First and foremost, thank you for your service.

Second, nice score with the low-mileage sedan.  Any questions you might have, somebody here will probably have the answer, or some real sage advice.  Pretty good at tracking down hard to find parts, too.

Welcome aboard!  And yes, post pics when you can. Thumbs UpBig smile

There's a few different variants of the Ranger caps, and if your lucky(like I was), you'll find one in the junkyard with the factory wheel locks still on and the key in the glove compartment! Big smile

Good luck with resealing the diff.  Fel-Pro gaskets all around!LOL

It looks great!  I like the wheels too.  White letters on black wheels with chrome lugs is a good look.

Thanks everyone, when I drove the car I gave the guy what he was asking. I wanted a coupe but this one was so nice I bought it and underneath it is the same car as a coupe. Eventually I will really make it roar and run like a police interceptor.
