See pics of driver side floor panel and toe board hole. Anyone have any recommendations on where to purchase new floor panels and toe boards for front driver and front passenger sides? Or other recommendations for how to go about fixing this?

Talked to a live chat guy from Mac's Auto Parts, he said the following should fit with some modification:

Toe Board, Left, Falcon, Ranchero, Comet, 1960-1965

Toe Board, Front, Right Side, Replacement, Fairlane, Torino, Ranchero, Cyclone, Montego, 1966-1971

Toe Board, Front, Left Side, Replacement, Fairlane, Torino,Ranchero, Cyclone, Montego, 1966-1971

Toe Board - Economy Style - Left

Anyone have any experience using the above part numbers and have you been able to fit them successfully on floor of a 74-76 Torino? I have heard several mixed reviews of Mac's Auto Parts & Dearborn Classics, so would appreciate any/all feedback before purchasing these.

Thanks!
Mike

the first couple listings above are not stamped i used the rear one made by the company and honestly i could have just made the same unstamped poor fitting metal for about $10 Confused live and learn! but see if you can find the post here titled "mustang pans work!" they required a little triming and fitting but a lot less work than these generic patches and they are stamped! Your biggest issue with that rot is it is not just the floor pan.
It is the body mount too.

The reason they rot there is the double body mount stamped steel is welded to the firewall and it collects the rain and debris then rots from the inside. Through the firewall/floor pan and the mount itself.
That is the 2nd layer of metal you see through the hole.

will need repaired from the outside and the only way to do that is with the body off the frame. You cannot get at it otherwise.

as for the floor pans...
I have been waiting to hear how they fit.

As to where to buy them from...
They are made by C2C Fabrications. you can buy them direct from them or always shop AutoKrafters.com Dearborn has gone WAY DOWN HILL after they sold out to Mac's. They just don't have the Ford knowledge and customer service that Dearborn itself had.

Ron Miller, owner/founder of AutoKrafters is ACTIVELY involved on our Ford FB pages and is directly contactable at any time. he answers questions, refers to the right sales/tech guy at the company and posts discounts all the time.
I will shop NO ONE BUT AutoKrafters.

well with the engine out you may be able to work on the mount box but the bottom edge could be difficult, unless you were to plug weld through the new pan piece onto the bottom edge of the box???
