I have owned a 1970 Ford Torino 429 Cobra Jet for the last 35 years and i am having trouble finding a rear valance panel with Oval dual exhaust cut outs? This looks exactly like the one on my 1970 MACH 1. Any suggestions? Has anyone ever seen one like this on a 1970 429CJ with a shaker hood?  Dave

I don't think the torinos had factory cut outs on the valance

This one did as i am trying to replace the factory one that was damaged due to being rear-ended.

As far as I have ever seen, there were no cutouts from the factory on the Torino valances.  The Torinos exhaust exited like this car:
