Hi
I'm looking for new or refurbished AC compressor for ELITE 76 351 Windsor.
I wonder if thunderbird or torino have the same or not.
I found on Ebay one that looks like mine but i dont know if it fits for ELITE.
Any help?
Thank you

Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong, but it should be the same part as long as it's the same 351W. I bought a 4 Seasons brand A/C compressor for the 351M that I was building years ago, similar to a Cleveland block. I recently changed plans and decided to get a 351W crate engine and most sources I consulted said that it should be the same part.

The engine is in the final process of the build, so waiting to find out if it did in fact fit correctly. Call someone at Summit Racing, their staff is super helpful and should be able to tell you.

The compressor should be fairly common, as it attaches to brackets that attach it to the engine.

compressor should be the same on these cars, the brackets may be a little different for different engines...

Randy's right, the compressors were pretty much common across engines and platforms.  FWIW, I did a quick check of the Master Parts Catalog and it shows pretty much all 1975 cars using the same compressor (it actually is used over multiple years).  There are two different compressors that were used though.
