Getting close to putting all my exterior trim back on and need to know if there was originally a gasket of some type between the trunk flipper assembly and the trunk lid. It's been quite a while since mine was removed and we don't remember there being one but just want to double check. thanks - dave

I didn't see one on mine and when I replaced it I used a dab of silicone on the screw holes and screws.

Cist me an arm and a leg. $74 for the new emblem I believe. The flipper itself was $120 maybe. I forget now.
