Are there any other water jacket spots on a H code Cleveland Other than the factory spot. I want to install a second set of electric gauges. Oil pressure not a problem.

do you mean the forward facing port just below the thermostat for the 'factory spot' ?

you can use the threaded port in the water pump where the thermovac switch was originally

would the water pump outlet temp vary greatly if use instead of the block location?

The outlet is at the top, the thermostat. So anywhere in that area the coolant will be close to the same. Much outside the outlet of the thermostat will show a good bit colder when the engine is cold and hasn't warmed up yet(T'stat closed).
