After 11 years of sleep,  I fired the 351c 4v up this morning and oh boy.  It was pretty rough at first but once the fresh oil got moving and the dust cleared out she ran fine.

That is a typical Ford for you. We have fired up many after sitting for a long time. Always fun to hear them run again.
