We worked out the following prices on parts.
Some parts are not available right now, as he has to create the molds.
Rob actually went out in the shop while we were on the phone to pull and catalog the molds he has and is going to look and see what other 72-76 stuff he has for us! GREAT GUY!
HOWEVER, if you want it, he will make the mold and sell the part for the price listed below and offer future parts at the same price!
Example... he has the 72 GT Sport scooped hood mold already. But said no issue with making the scooped hood for the 73-76 just takes a little time to create the mold. He also needs a set of inserts so he can make them in fiberglass to go on his hoods!!! ANYONE have a set they can send him!?

Anyway, here are the prices.
Call for availability.

72-76 Doors $379 each (forgot this tidbit of info... THEY WEIGH 12lbs COMPLETE!!, YES TWELVE LBS!!!)
72 and 73-76 Gran Torino Fenders(full bolt in place with all stock mounts) $349
72 Hood with or without scoop $495 bolt on/hinged, $389 pin-on
73-76 Hood with or without 72 GT Scoop $495 bolt on/hinged, $398 pin-on
72-73 Rear bumper $149
72 Front Bumper $179
73-76 Front bumper $195
72-76 Trunk Lid $219
He has MOST of these molds in stock and what he doesn't have he is going to make for us!

Guys we might need to bring him some parts to help him create the molds!
He is now a member on the site SHOWCARSROB. GREAT GUY to talk to on the phone!

Also asked me about doing a wing/spoiler on the trunk lid and a FRONT LOWER AIR DAM TOO!...

GLad I could work a deal with a company for our beloved 72-76 Full Fram Midsize Forgotten FOMOCO GTS.ORG cars!

I think I may have a blue spare GT hood insert in the basement yet. I think it even has the plates and grilles in it. Haven't eyeballed it in a while.

A couple of "ideas" for him.

GT door interior panels - no one is making them as far as I know. Texture might be tricky and 'glass might be too rigid who knows.

Center consoles for those converting from bench seats.

Very cool, I know I'm going with the hood for sure. I was going to get a flat one, and cut a shaker set up into it, but now that I can get a complete hood with the 72 scoop in it, I think that'll be the way to go.

Fenders, and  Bumpers are now on my wish list.....Maybe even a deck lid Clap

Perhaps a RELIABLE manufacturer of the Cougar Eliminator scoop. I was blown off twice by Crites.

Wow. Somebody could almost build an entire car with a fiberglass shell with that stuff.
A "Super Light Gran Torino- a newer version of a ThunderJet" I wonder how much it would wiegh? less than 2500 lbs maybe?

I am thinking of weighing the parts I replace or at least the whole car before and after.
The IRS weighs ALOT probably more that a 9 inch!
But I am adding other stuff that might make up the weight I save with Fiberglass

Has anyone had any luck with actually getting any of these fiberglass parts yet? I really need inner fenderwells and would like to know if he can make them.

haven't seen or heard anyone getting these yet.

Money right now might hold me up from doing any of the fiberglass on this rebuild.

They would be great pieces for Ron's BBF Road course rebuild!!

Or fiberglass bumper and brake upgrade?LOL

I'd really like to do the hood and bumpers.  I have a '76 with the big heavy bumpers and supports - bet I could knock off a couple hundred pounds with the bumpers alone.

It sure doesn't seem that their site gets a ton of attention but they sure seem to have a wide ranging selection of parts.  I'm kinda hoping someone buys some of these Grant Torino parts and offers up their opinion and photos.

Technically it's the scoop insert for the 72 hood. Funny you should mention it though. I just had it in my hands last week while organizing parts. If it's what you need let me know.

When you say; 'scoop insert', what is that... the scoop itself? I'm needing a GT scoop I think, one that fits. The Boss 429 scoop I have on now doesn't fit and is buckling my hood. The heat of my motor has warped it a bit as well. I will try to cut some of the bottom off like Psquare told me and then fix the warped areas (on the back corners, they're kinda' crushed, I'll get pics), and see if that's better. If not I definitely want the GT.

hi, new here, got a 72 sport for restoration. been thinking about putting it on a diet and making some fiberglass parts for it, anyone here got any info on complete front end sheet metal weight?

thought about a one piece/flip front end and flared quarter patch pannels, maybe trunk lid/rear bumper also.

anyone here got any fiberglass parts on there 72 fastbacks?
