I have to buy a valve spring that is 1.53" OD with a damper. I bought a cobra jet valve package on ebay with 2.24 intakes , 1.72 exhst, and springs that are 1.53 OD. but only got 15 springs. All I can find is a Mopar spring from jegs. Does any one know if these are the rite springs for me ?

Take it to a shop that rebuilds engines. The can measure everything and get one that matches.

Good news ! The Mopar Performance tech said it is a street Hemi 426 valve spring with 310 lbs rating. The only thing the lift range is .440 - .500 which may not support the 280drtn cam.
