I can't turn the switch to start the car. How hard to fix and are new ones available.

You can buy lock sets that include the ignition from Dearborn Classics and NPD.  If you just want to swap out your ignition and keep it keyed the same as your doors, not sure how to do that.

That said, are you sure its the ignition tumbler and not something else in the steering column?

like the man in the song said wd40 and a cressent wrench you can fix anything.It now turns much easier and the starter does not hang up.
