after 5yr I have installed new wiper switch.The issue is the wipers will not return when turned off. They stay were you turn them off.Any words of wisdom on why or how to fix.

We actually had a post here recently where a member had taken the wiper motor apart and cleaned the electrical contacts and it made a huge difference. There wasn't anything else wrong with the motor except dirty electrical contacts. 

Oh, and grounding of the motor was another big issue as well.

Yes, make sure the motor has a good ground.  I've found this to be my only problem when they wont park.  Not saying it couldn't be anything else but I'd say this IS the most common reason.

thanks for the info Found one wire loose also found ground strap mived it a little and they parked them selves.
